Just living is not enough; one must have Love, Sunshine and a Little Flower.

First of all I would like to welcome all my new followers; my blog is only 2 weeks old and already I have more than 20 followers! I'm so happy you all think my work is worthwile to look at, thanks a lot!
On this page I started out with some napkins with flowers which I glued down with matte gel medium. 
I then stamped with a handwriting stamp and decided that is was too harsh so I covered the entire page with diluted gesso. From the top of the page I let gesso drip down and then I did the same from the bottom of the page only I used peach coloured acrylic. In between the gesso drippage I used a naples yellow watersoluable wax pastel to accentuate.

I stamped the large flowers with de Donna Downey foam stamp and acrylic  paints. I accentuated the flowers with a dark red Derwent pencil and the stems with a dark green pencil.
The large words I have written with a dropper from a bottle of black Indian Ink. The smaller words I printed out and then pasted to cardstock.
I really enjoyed making this page, I love the colourcombination which really came from the napkins that I started out with, I don't think I would have picked this particular combination myself, but it does work. Have great day everyone, hugs Frea

    hier hou ik ook wel van....wat een leuke bloemen. erg mooi gedaan met inkt en verf. ook de druipers aan de bovenkant geeft een leuk effect, mooie pagina.
